Welcome to Redefine. In order to ensure the safety of our team and our clients please read the following salon legislation. By familiarising yourself with the new procedures you are agreeing to adhere to the code of conduct set out below. If you are presenting any Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

  • We offer a complimentary 15 minute consultion to discuss cut & colour requirements.
  • Hand sanitiser is available upon request.
  • Certain services will require a £20 deposit to secure an appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
  • Missed appointments may incur a fee.
  • We accept cash and card payments. Apple Pay is accepted with no payment limit.
  • Please ask a member of the team should you require product information for retail.
  • Clients must not touch any of the stylist’s equipment. E.g. clients are not permitted to dry their own hair.
