Artistic Director & Educator

Emma has over 25 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry. Emma started her journey at the age of fourteen and is still just as excited by the profession as she was then. During her career Emma has managed several salons, and for ten years enjoyed a very successful business partnership in an award winning salon. Emma has a degree in teaching and uses her six years of lecturing experience to continue training within the salon and provide the future of the profession she is so passionate about. Emma has opened REDEFINE so her vision can be fulfilled and clients receive the quality of service they deserve by a committed and motivated team.

Salon Manager & Master Stylist

Cheryl began her journey into hairdressing with Emma in her former salon and has enjoyed a rewarding and fulfilling role for over fifteen years. Cheryl has progressed to Salon Manager within a relatively short time frame due to her commitment and passion for the industry. Cheryl has a love for colour and is rapidly becoming the salon’s lead colourist. Cheryl would like to welcome all her clients past, present and future to REDEFINE.

Master Stylist

Michelle joined our team as a Graduate Stylist in 2020 completing her level three diploma the following year. This was in association with The Francesco Group supported and facilitated by our Educator and the whole Redefine family. Michelle works full time as a Senior Stylist at Redefine specialising in colour techniques and mens hairdressing. Michelle’s rapid progression reflects her passion for the industry.

Senior Stylist

Eleanor finished her A levels in the Spring of 2021 and then completed her NVQ level two in hairdressing. Eleanor has a substantial client base and specialises in cutting and balayage techniques. Eleanor will become part of the Redefine education team on completion of her NVQ level three and assessors awards. Eleanor works full time in the family business welcoming clients old and new.
