Artistic Director & Educator

Emma has over 25 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry. Emma started her journey at the age of fourteen and is still just as excited by the profession as she was then. During her career Emma has managed several salons, and for ten years enjoyed a very successful business partnership in an award winning salon. Emma has a degree in teaching and uses her six years of lecturing experience to continue training within the salon and provide the future of the profession she is so passionate about. Emma has opened REDEFINE so her vision can be fulfilled and clients receive the quality of service they deserve by a committed and motivated team.

Senior Stylist

Eleanor finished her A levels in the Spring of 2021 and then completed her NVQ level two in hairdressing. Eleanor has a substantial client base and specialises in cutting and balayage techniques. Eleanor has now become part of the Redefine education team having now completed her NVQ level three and will be studying for her assessors awards. Eleanor works full time in the family business welcoming clients old and new.

Stylist

Kat completed her NVQ level two in hairdressing in a busy city centre salon and immediately embarked on her level three qualification after relocating to Dorset in 2023. Kat has a passion for our industry and specialises in Balayage, long hair and high fashion vibrant colour placement. Kat is a fabulous addition to Redefine bringing her energy and skill set to all clients.

Academy Stylist

Isla is embarking on her NVQ level two in hairdressing supported by Bespoke Hairdressing Academy and within Redefine supported by the in-house education team. Isla will be welcoming clients for completion of assessments. This is the next stage of Isla’s exciting journey with Redefine having fulfilled her role as a Salon Assistant.
